Tableau
Tableau manufactures several families of "forensic bridges" (hardware write blockers). Forensic bridges have two key functions:
  • Adapt the storage device's native interface (e.g., IDE, SATA, SCSI, or USB), to a more convenient computer interface such as FireWire or USB.
  • Prevent modification to the subject storage device.

Tableau also manufactures a full line of power supply and cable accessories to complement the forensic bridges.

TDP Protocol Modules

Tableau Protocol Modules - SAS & USB for imaging with the TD2.

Tableau Protocol Modules extend the imaging capabilities of the TD2 Forensic Duplicator to USB and SAS storage devices. Tableau offers these two protocol modules to be sold separately: TDP8 (USB) and TDP6 (SAS) or as a value-priced dual pack.

Built for high-performance and ease-of-use in write-blocked forensic imaging applications, each module attaches to the TD2 SATA input with a single SATA unified power and signal cable (TC4-8). Device power is supplied by TD2 - no separate power supply is required.

Protocol modules are available for purchase individually or bundled as a value-priced two pack.
